About This Group
Committee members consist of experts in drinking water, wastewater, reuse, and stormwater, allowing us to advocate for public works professionals on a wide variety of subjects that span the diverse clean water industry.
Mission
The mission of the Water Resources Management Committee is to support APWA’s strategic goal of providing excellence in education in water resources management within the context of public works by producing or causing to be produced, educational materials, programs, services and/or products.

Water Resources Management Knowledge Team
In an effort to expand volunteer opportunities to those who may be interested in contributing to the Water Resources Management Committee, the committee has created a Water Resources Management Knowledge Team. Members of the Knowledge Team will commit to share information with APWA members through working on projects such as writing articles, presenting Click, Listen & Learn sessions, speaking at PWX and other conferences and other methods.
APWA Connect – Share and Discuss
Members interested in discussing Water Resources Management topics with other APWA members are encouraged to subscribe within APWA Connect, which will be relaunched in 2025. This forum connects you with other water resources management professionals and provides opportunities to post and answer questions to your peers.
