The APWA Center for Sustainability (C4S) presents a roundtable discussion on “Circular Cities,” a concept which is gathering momentum around the world. C4S will bring a panel of international partners and experts together to discuss their insight into the benefits of building resilience plans and developing strategies based on technology, budgeting, and economic trends. This C4S roundtable discussion will provide opportunities for open communication, creativity, and promotion in both sustainable development and the growth of municipal structures.
Learning Objectives:
1. Promote the benefits of planning for sustainability and resilience in developing municipal programs.
2. Discuss the benefits of adopting a “Circular City Economic Model.”
3. Make informed budgeting decisions about economic growth that provide sustainable growth in communities.
